Chief among our priorities here at Newport is quality assurance. From guaranteeing the personal or corporate data on your recycled equipment is securely removed to adhering to the strictest environmental standards in the industry, we're focused on doing what we do with integrity and honesty.

We're particularly proud to have received the prestigious E-Stewards Certification in April 2010, when the Basel Action Network (BAN) handed out the very first of these certifications to three companies.

We were proud to be one of those three organizations and even prouder to know that our unparalleled commitment to the environment was recognized.

• Newport always provides safe on-site handling of hazardous e-waste and other problematic components and materials, such as no shredding of mercury
• Newport accepts full accountability for the entire electronics recycling process, from receipt and audit to final disposition
• Newport collects and reports data for recycling industry health and safety benchmarking and improvement
